Participant testing room setup

  • Testing PC with Windows 2000 / XP and multiple Web browsers
  • 17' flat screen monitor (smaller sizes available on request)
  • Apple Macs available on request
  • Bring your own workstation or use our PCs
  • Room (10' x 19') with desk, chairs, computer and Internet.

Observation room setup

  • Recording PC, 17' monitor
  • Speakers for playback of audio from the testing room
  • Room (14' x 17') with desk, chairs, computer and internet connection
  • Space for 2-3 observers with computer monitor repeating the display on the user's computer monitor.

Recording options

  • Straight audio/videotaping available at no extra charge
  • Picture-in-picture video (PIP) with the user's image inset in the output from the computer monitor
  • We provide you with DVD or Mini-DV or VHS at the end of your testing period.
